1.PVC pipe fiber reinforced making machine is used to produce PVC fiber hose, which has three layers, the outter and inner layer are made of soft PVC, middle layer is terylene fiber, which has good chemical and physical property.

Process flow:

Raw material + additive → mixing → granulating → conveying feeding → single screw extruder → extruding mould → spray cooling water tank →belt haul-off → fiber winder → warm-up oven → single screw extruder → mould → spray cooling water tank → belt haul-off → meter measure → winder → finished product inspecting & packing
